The Ukrainian hotels should allot at least 50% of their hotel rooms for nonsmokers starting from Friday, Nov. 20.

According to the document, corresponding amendments to the regulations regarding the use of hotels were established in line with the adopted law on preventing and reducing the consumption of tobacco of Jun. 11.

The decree was registered in the Justice Ministry on Nov. 10 and comes into effect 10 days after its registration.
