Education institutions in regions with low rate of flu cases to resume working on Nov. 23

On Monday, November 23, the vacations announced due to the flu epidemic will come to an end in educational institutions of the regions, where reached the epidemic threshold for flu and respiratory infections hasn't been reached.

The Ukrainian Education Ministry said this on Friday.

"Most Ukrainian educational establishments will resume work. As an exception, on the prescription of local sanitary and epidemiological stations and in compliance with decisions of local authorities, the start of the educational process may be put off," the statement reads.

The institutions of higher learning in Kyiv will resume work on Wednesday, November 25.
