Kryvi Kolina (Cherkasy region) – Ukrainian President Viñtor Yushchenko has said that the crisis could be tackled with the help of reconstruction, including road reconstruction.

He said this at a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the reconstructed road in Talne district, Cherkasy region, on Saturday.

Yuschenko said that the "opening of the road indicates that the crisis could be tackled even with such small achievements."

"What crisis? Those who want to work can find dozens of options. The crisis starts where this [Ukrainian] government begins to work," he said.
