Yushchenko describes Tymoshenko, Yanukovych as 'political adventurers'
Nov 21, 2009 at 18:46 | Interfax-UkraineThe head of state made the comment at a meeting with residents of Cherkasy region on Saturday.
Yuschenko said that he does not "respect the government that is doing nothing." He said that "we'll have a Ukrainian premier who will support Ukraine, rather than himself." He said that the issue currently concerns the system of values, rather than certain individuals.
Yushchenko said that neither Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko nor Regions Party leader Viktor Yanukovych support the Ukrainian ideals.
"Tymoshenko and Yanukovych are not the ideologists who care about the fate of Ukraine and its interests. These are two political adventurers," he said.
