President Victor Yushchenko has called on the Cabinet of Ministers to properly explain issues involving vaccination against influenza A(H1N1) to the public. The presidential press service announced this in a statement.
«I request that you (Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko) ensure that the issue of organizing and conducting vaccination of the Ukrainian population against pandemic influenza is considered at the next meeting of the government of Ukraine … and that provisions are made for measures aimed at properly explaining the situation to the population and adequately preparing medical personnel and health institutions for this operation,» the press service quoted Yuschenko as saying.
