Border guards ban two Russians from entering Ukraine

Border guards of the State Border Service have banned two Russian political scientists, Vladimir Frolov and Elena Miskova, from entering Ukraine at the Boryspil international airport, a representative of the press service of the State Border Service told the Ukrainian News agency.

She said that the Russian citizens were not let out the airport on the basis of article 25 of the law «On legal status of foreigners and people without citizenship.»

This article envisions the order of entrance of foreigners to Ukraine.

At the same time, the source said that Frolov associated with political scientists of Crimea and Miskova are involved in the shadow financing of Leonid Hrach's Bloc (For New Crimea).

Frolov is the president of the Ukrainian-Russian humanitarian relations fund called Priznanie and Liskova is the director of this fund.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Foreign Affairs Ministry considers that the ban on entrance of two Russian citizens to Ukraine prevents from the constructive dialog between Ukraine and Russia.
