The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has allocated over UAH 2 million to reconstruct the Ukrainian center of flu and acute respiratory infections of the Ukrainian Health Ministry.
The director of the Ukrainian flu center, Oleksandr Hrynevych, said this during an Internet conference on Wednesday.
"I’ve worked as the center’s director since July 2009. Unfortunately, the center earlier received no funds. Financing started from July this year. The government allocated UAH 2.265 million this year for the center’s reconstruction. Moreover, the Health Ministry purchased the necessary equipment to refurbish the center," he said.
