Ukrainian President Victor Yushchenko has signed a law putting the Novokostiantynivske uranium ore field onto the list of state companies that are not subject to privatization, reads aDec. 1posting on the president's Web site.
The law on amendments to the law on the list of statement-run companies that are not subject to privatization was adopted by the Ukrainian parliament on Oct. 21 and comes into effect from the moment of its publication.
