Ukrainian Foreign Minister Petro Poroshenko and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov agreed on gradually abandoning the compilation of lists of individuals banned from entering their countries, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said in a statement commenting on a meeting between Poroshenko and Lavrov on the sidelines of the 17th OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Athens.

Poroshenko and Lavrov agreed to settle the problem of movement of vehicles belonging to Russia's Black Sea Fleet and agree upon a relevant procedure.

The ministers also confirmed that progress that Ukraine and Russia have made recently on eliminating trade barriers will be given an additional impetus.

They shared the view that the Ukrainian-Russian dialogue has assumed a constructive working format based on the improvement of confidence between the two countries.
