Justice Ministry: Over one third of Ukraine's regions completely fulfill enforcement proceedings

The highest rates of fulfillment of court enforcement proceedings in the last 10 years were registered in Ukraine in November 2009, the press service of the Justice Ministry of Ukraine has reported, with reference to Justice Minister Mykola Onischuk.

"Court enforcement proceedings were 90-100% completed in over one third of Ukraine's regions in November 2009," the press release says.

According to the Justice Ministry, in particular, 104% of court enforcement proceedings were completed in Kharkiv region, 99% in both Chernihiv and Rivne regions, 95% in Sumy region, 94% in Vinnytsia region, 93% in Donetsk region, 92% in both Zakarpattia and Zhytomyr regions, 90% in Sevastopol and Volyn region.

According to Onischuk, there is a positive dynamic to enforcement collection for the state budget of Ukraine. The average rate totals 140% of the planed incomes around Ukraine.
