The Ukrainian Foreign Minister Petro Poroshenko has handed Kyiv's proposals concerning new strategic concept of the Alliance to NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
"I have conveyed our proposals, our vision on the issue of NATO reforming," Poroshenko said at a press conference in Brussels on Thursday following the Ukraine-NATO commission’s meeting.
The foreign minister stressed that these proposals are aimed at launching a dialog. "Ukraine’s position was welcomed and taken with interest," he said.
