As of 0700 on Jan. 13, 175 towns and villages remained without electricity due to bad weather conditions.
Power supplies are to be restored to 168 towns and villages in Zhytomyr region and seven in Kyiv region, Ukrainian Emergencies Ministry’s spokesman Ihor Krol said.
