Tymoshenko promises privileges to companies generating electricity from renewable energy sources

Ukrainian Premier and presidential candidate Yulia Tymoshenko has promised tax privileges to Ukrainian companies that generate electricity from renewable energy sources.

The draft law has been registered in the parliament, Tymoshenko said at a meeting with students in Odesa on Saturday.

She said that the share of electricity generated from renewable energy sources in the Ukrainian power grid should be at least 20-25%.
