Heavy weather damaged power supply lines and caused electricity cuts in 40 towns and villages in three regions of Ukraine.

As of 0700 on Wednesday, Feb. 10,twenty twotowns and villages in Kherson region, 15 in Dnipropetrovsk region and three in Mykolaiv region were left without electricity, Ukrainian Emergencies Ministry’s spokesman Ihor Krol said.
