The Ukrainian government will take a number of anti-crisis measures in the near future at the president's instruction, President Viktor Yanukovych said.

"The authorities have to attain a number of strategic goals. The law enforcement agencies should not stay uninvolved, either," Yanukovych said at a coordinating conference of the heads of security and law enforcement agencies on Friday.

In particular, Ukraine should restore the confidence of foreign investors, Yanukovych said.

Priority will be attached to guaranteeing security of property, he said.

Yanukovych also insisted on ensuring a fair judicial system, both for Ukrainian citizens and non-residents.
