Public Tendering: EU says procurement law invites corruption

The European Union expects Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych to veto the law on public procurement the Verkhivna Rada (Ukrainian parliament) adopted on 11 February 2010, the EU and the World Bank said in a joint letter sent to the Presidential Administration, according to the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine.
