Vice Prime Minister for Humanitarian Affairs Volodymyr Semynozhenko considers thatUkrainian language is a must for officials, he told the TVi TV channel.

At the same time, he said that television should closer consider the issues of the Ukrainian language.

He said that news on the state TV channels and radio stations should be broadcasted in Ukrainian, however, Russian-speaking citizens should also have access to information.

As earlier reported, Semynozhenko considers he should create humanitarian projects to consolidate the country.
