Secretary General of NATO (1995-1999) Javier Solana Leading experts on foreign policy and security - U.S. former Deputy Secretary of State and President of the Brookings Institution Strobe Talbott and former High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy of the European Union (1999-2009) and Secretary General of NATO (1995-1999) Javier Solana are to visit Kyiv on March 31, 2010.

The foreign guests will come to Ukraine to participate in public debates organized by the Yalta European Strategy (YES) and the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, the foundation's press service reported.

A public discussion with students and young scholars from top Ukrainian universities will be held in association with the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine in its conference hall.

The debate is entitled "Global Challenges: How Europe and US Respond."
