The USA is interested in promoting fruitful relations between the U.S. Department of Finance and the Ukrainian government. The United States of America is looking to active cooperation with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers informs referring to the statement US Ambassador to Ukraine John Tefft made when meeting with Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.

«We are looking forward to cooperate with you, your ministers and the government,» Tefft said.

Azarov and Tefft have discussed ways of establishing working contacts between the two governments.

In particular, a representative of the US Department of Finance in charge of cooperation with the International Monetary Fund is arriving in Ukraine next week (March 22- March 28).

The USA is interested in promoting fruitful relations between the U.S. Department of Finance and the Ukrainian government, Tefft emphasized.

As Ukrainian News reported, on March 11, the Verkhovna Rada approved Cabinet of Ministers' composition to be headed by Mykola Azarov.
