Kyiv, July 10 – BYT faction leader Ivan Kyrylenko has said that coalition members and the leadership of the Ukrainian parliament are continuing talks on the adoption of a law on a Ukrainian referendum.

"Coalition members are still holding talks. You see that the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada and the leaders of coalition factions are absent," he told reporters on Saturday.

Kyrylenko noted that talks on this law had also been held on Friday.

"I know that difficult talks on the law were held yesterday, and today they’re continuing," he said.

In his opinion, a bill on a Ukrainian referendum, which the parliament is considering at second reading on Saturday, is one of the key laws.

"It’s the most important law for me," Kyrylenko said.
