The Foreign Affairs Ministry of Ukraine says that Ukrainian tourists were ousted from hotels in Turkey as the travel agency Karya Tour did not pay for the hotel rooms.

Under the assistance of Ukraine’s consul in Antalya, the Tez Tour travel agency took responsibility for putting up Ukrainian tourists.

According to the report, in case of similar problems Ukrainian citizens will be able to address an authorized representative of Tez Tour to the hotel.

The general directorate of culture and tourism of Antalya urged the hotels not to oust Ukrainian tourists of Karya Tour until the date of their returning.

The directorate has opened a center for emergency situations for calls of the tourists: 0242 24 77 660, 0537 278 95 39.

As of 4:00 pm, Saturday, all Ukrainians, who managed to address the Ukrainian consulates, have been put up at new hotels.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Ukraine and Turkey plan to jointly elaborate tourist routes.
