The organizing committee for the 2012 European football championships has said that the preparation of training camps in Kharkiv and Lviv for the football championships has improved.

The organizing committee's director Markian Lubkivskyi said this at a press conference.

Lubkivskyi said that the problem of preparation of training camps in Kharkiv and Lviv for the championships, which he recently focused attention, remain.

However, according to him, there have been positive trends in the preparation of the facilities in these cities.

"However, there are already signals, particularly after the visit by the general secretary of the UEFA, that things have improved," Lubkivskyi said.
