Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kostiantyn Hryschenko will visit Russia on Thursday, September 16, to participate in a meeting of the subcommittee on international cooperation of the Ukrainian-Russian interstate commission.

"On September 16, the minister will visit Russia to attend a meeting of the subcommittee on international cooperation of the Ukrainian-Russian interstate commission," the director of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry’s information policy department, Oleh Voloshyn, told Interfax-Ukraine.

He said that the sides would discuss a wide range of issues, in particular, the demarcation of the Ukrainian-Russian border, as well as cooperation between the two countries within international organizations.

In addition, Hryschenko is to meet with Russian State Duma Speaker Boris Gryzlov, Speaker of the Federation Council Sergei Mironov and Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev.
