You're reading: Justice Ministry registers Ukraine’s 184th political party

A new political party, the Party of Ukrainian Young People, has been registered in Ukraine, the Justice Ministry's press service has reported.

The organization was registered under a decision taken at a party congress on August 8, 2009.

The Party of Ukrainian Young People set the goal of building in Ukraine a democratic society based on democracy, promoting the social protection of Ukrainian citizens, as well as resolving the key problems of Ukrainian young people in the sphere of education, employment and housing provision.

According to information submitted to the Justice Ministry, Serhiy Zymovets, born in 1975, was elected the chairman of the party.

The press service reported that the Party of Ukrainian Yong People had become the 184th party registered in Ukraine.
