Oct 13, 2010 at 11:28 | Interfax-Ukraine“If a driver goes through a red light he should undergo a psychiatric medical examination,” he said at a briefing in Dnipropetrovsk on Tuesday.
The head of state also said the main reason of the traffic accident in Dnipropetrovsk region was the violation of rules for crossing the track by the driver of the bus.
