Adverse weather conditions are expected on Tuesday afternoon in southern regions of Ukraine, Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions, according to the Ukrainian weather forecast centre.
Weather forecasters predict a mix of snow and rain in these regions, sticking of wet snow, sleet, blizzards, gusts of wind of 17-22 meters per second, and up to 25-30 meters per second in Crimea and along the Azov Sea coast.
