Police sergeants patrolling the streets are to attend a course of lectures on proper manners.
"We are preparing a course of lectures for sergeants working on streets so that they understand rules of conduct and the algorithm of social intercourse," Interior Minister of Ukraine Anatoliy Mohyliov said at a briefing in Kyiv on Thursday.
According to him, he has already signed the order on the obligatory course of lectures for patrol policemen.
The minister also noted that this would also concern the personnel of the Berkut special service.
