Ukraine is ready to implement the plan on the introduction of the visa-free regime with the EU countries in the first half of 2011, Ukraine's President Viktor Yanukovych said in an exclusive interview with 1+1 channel on Sunday night.
"We have received an action plan on visa-free regime at the latest Ukraine-EU summit and we are already implementing it. I hope that in 2011, I even dare say that 99% of the plan will be implemented in the first half (of 2011)," he stressed.
