Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka has issued a decree appointing Iryna Ankudinova as his press secretary, reads a statement posted on the Web site of the Prosecutor General's Office on Wednesday.
Under another decree, the Prosecutor General’s Office formed the media liaisons department and appointed Yuriy Boichenko as its head.
