Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will pray at the Holy Dormition Pochayiv Lavra monastery in Volyn region on Orthodox Christmas Day on January 7, his press service has reported.
"The head of state will attend the Divine Liturgy at the Holy Dormition cathedral and also pray at the Church of St. Job of Pochayiv and the Holy Trinity cathedral," reads the statement.
Yanukovych will also inspect the construction site of the Church of the Transfiguration.
