Kyiv-based Wizz Air Ukraine intends to change its base airport in Ukraine from Boryspil to Zhuliany airport on March 27, a press release issued by the airline on Friday says.

According to the release, the company will fly from Kyiv to Simferopol, Antalya, Cologne, Dortmund, Hamburg, Memmingen, Katowice, London, Oslo, Stockholm and Venice from the Kyiv airport.

Wizz Air Ukraine LLC has flown regularly on domestic routes since July 2008 and on international routes since January 2009. The company operates two Airbus A320 aircraft on its Ukraine routes.

Hungary's Wizz Air started operating in 2004. The airline flies to Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Turkey, and Greece.

The airline's fleet includes 34 Airbus A320 aircraft.
