"We are calling on all Ukrainian citizens to leave Libya," the director of the ministry’s information policy department, Oleh Voloshyn, said on the Shuster Live show on Friday, Feb.25.
He said that the forecasts were not optimistic and there was currently no reason to talk about the stabilization of the situation in this country in the near future.
Voloshyn said that a third aircraft would leave for Libya early on Saturday to evacuate Ukrainians. He said that in general, the evacuation would take place as long as the Ukrainians express a desire to leave the country.
