You're reading: Yanukovych sacks two deputy ministers

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has dismissed Mykhailo Rusynsky as Ukraine's deputy economy minister and Anatoliy Domashenko as deputy minister of family, youth and sports.

Respective decrees signed by the head of state were posted on his official Web site.

The document notes that the dismissals are in line with Paragraph 1, Part 1, Article 40 of the Labor Code of Ukraine.

Rusynsky was appointed to the post in March 2010.

As reported, as a result of administrative reform launched in December 2010, the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports were reorganized into the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports.
