In Ukraine, 9.5 million people live below a minimum subsistence income - Hr 700 per month, according to a report released by the State Statistics Service. At the same time, over the past ten years the number of Ukrainians living on income below the subsistence minimum decreased 39.2 million to 9.5 million.
