Ukraine has suggested that Turkey conclude with it an agreement on free trade without restrictions and exemptions, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said.

"I have confirmed Ukraine’s interest in such relations, and Ukraine’s government is currently working through the technical aspects of these negotiations," the Ukrainian prime minister told journalists following the talks with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Istanbul on Monday.

Azarov also said that they will be able to talk about the possibility of signing such an agreement only after the relevant talks are held.
