Ukraine will obtain membership of the European Union by 2022, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said.
"Ukraine will become an EU member in less than a decade," he said in Kyiv on Thursday, adding that he offered former Polish President Alexander Kwasniewski to make a bet.
Azarov said that on Thursday morning he met with Kwasniewski at the seventh annual conference of the Dragon Capital investment company in Kyiv.
