The manager of the allocated funds is the Ukrainian Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry, which by January 20, 2012 is to report on the use of the funds to the Finance Ministry and the State Treasury of Ukraine.

Work is being gradually carried out on the disposal of mononitrochlorobenzene, about 2.5 tonnes of which are stored on the territory of Horlivka Chemical Plant.
