Warsaw, May 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and Austrian President Heinz Fischer discussed Ukraine's rapprochement with the EU at a meeting during the 17th Summit of heads of Central European countries, the press secretary of the Ukrainian president, Darka Chepak, has said.
"The meeting, which took place between the presidents of Ukraine and Austria, was not scheduled. The two leaders discussed economic issues and European prospects of Ukraine," she told reporters on Friday in Warsaw.
The 17th meeting of the heads of the Central European states is taking place in Warsaw, Poland, on May 27-28, 2011.
