Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has signed a decree dismissing Roman Bezsmertny as Ukraine's ambassador to Belarus.

The text of the document was posted on the official Web site of the head of state on Friday, June 3.

Bezsmertny was appointed to the post on February 24, 2010. Earlier, he served as chairman of the executive committee of the Our Ukraine Party and headed Viktor Yuschenko’s electoral headquarters at the presidential elections in 2010.
