The state prosecutor in the trial of former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, Lilia Frolova, has denied the ex-premier’s claim that 213 pages from the materials of the case have disappeared.

"A statement was made that 213 pages have allegedly disappeared from the materials of the criminal case. I want to refute this statement, and say that none of the pages of the criminal case are missing," Frolova told reporters on Monday.

She explained that the investigator sent 522 pages of the case to conduct an examination, after which the materials were redistributed to the various volumes of the criminal case.

"After these materials were returned to the ministry with the conclusion of the examination, the investigator rearranged them," Frolova said.
