MP Arseniy Yatseniuk of the Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defence faction has asked Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka to check the lawfulness of the signing of the agreement establishing a free trade area within the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
The Verkhovna Rada voted on Friday for a decision to send a relevant query to the PGO.
Yatseniuk asked the prosecutor general to check the lawfulness of signing of this agreement by Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov and take appropriate response if any violations are found.
