Kyiv Court of Appeals is expected to start considering an appeal against the sentence on former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko in the 'gas case' in mid-December.
A defense lawyer for the ex-premier has announced this on Nov, 9.
"The court will start considering the appeal in mid-December, approximately on [December] 13,"he said.
