Panama has canceled visa requirements for Ukrainians who travel to this country as tourists, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has reported.

"Due to the unilateral cancellation by Panama of the visa regime with Ukraine, from May 25 this year, Ukrainian citizens who want to visit Panama as tourists can travel without obtaining visas or acquiring any additional permits or cards," the ministry’s press service told Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday.

Thus, according to the ministry, it is no longer necessary for Ukrainians to buy a tourist visa, which costs $50 upon arrival in Panama.
