You're reading: Poll: Citizens have low level of confidence in CEC and Supreme Administrative Court

Ukrainian citizens have a low level of confidence in the Central Election Commission (28.4%) and the Supreme Administrative Court (24.2%), which are charged with summarizing results of the voting of the presidential election and reviewing complaints concerning violation of the election legislation, according to a poll.

The results of a survey carried out by the Institute of Social and Political Psychology of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine on December 18-24 were presented at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine on Monday. A total of 1,997 respondents participated in the survey. The poll’s margin of error is 2.2%.

According to the poll, Ukrainians have a low level of confidence in the Constitutional Court – 25.3%, and the Supreme Court – 25.2%.
Respondents said they have the highest level of confidence in church – 59.5%, the education system – 41.1%, and the Armed Forces – 44.6%
