Kyiv, January 17 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Presidential candidate and the leader of the Party of Regions Viktor Yanukovych will held the election day mainly in his campaign office.

"I’ll mainly work, partially in my campaign office, and I’ll stay with the family for some time," he said in an interview with the press on Sunday after casting his ballot in Kyiv.

"I have a feeling that the Ukrainian nation wants changes, and very soon a new stage of the country’s life will start," he said.

Yanukovych said that he voted for a turn for the better in Ukraine.

Answering the question on the foreign political priorities of Ukraine, he said if he were elected, he will work with Europe, Russia and other countries.
