The Central Election Commission (CEC) has said that irregularities during the polling at the Ukrainian presidential election are rare.

"Of course, there are single irregularities. How can we [hold election] without them? They’re rare," the CEC secretary, Tetiana Lukash, said at a briefing on Sunday.

She said that there are cases, which impact the voting. In particular, in one of the districts in Kyiv voters are waiting for a court ruling to put them on voter lists.

"All irregularities, information on which comes to the CEC, are being processed. We try to quickly react and give consultations and aid," she said.

Lukash also said that at present all polling stations are opened in Ukraine.
