Jan. 17 voting has given opposition leader Victor Yanukovych a 10-point lead over Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko. Ukraine's Central Election Commission has counted all the votes in a presidential election that took place on Sunday, giving opposition leader Victor Yanukovych a 10-point lead over Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.

Yanukovych, disgraced in a rigged election in 2004, will now face Tymoshenko in a Feb. 7 runoff vote.

Incumbent President Victor Yushchenko, swept to power after the "Orange Revolution" mass protests against the 2004 fraudulent election, was eliminated in the first round.
