Ukraine's Central Election Commission has counted all the votes in a presidential election that took place on Sunday, giving opposition leader Victor Yanukovych a 10-point lead over Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.

Yanukovych, disgraced in a rigged election in 2004, will now face Tymoshenko in a Feb. 7 runoff vote.

Incumbent President Victor Yushchenko, swept to power after the "Orange Revolution" mass protests against the 2004 fraudulent election, was eliminated in the first round.

The following are the final results of the first round.
