An observer from the Party of Regions died at a polling station in Alushta.
The public relations department of the chief department of the Interior Ministry in Crimea told Interfax-Ukraine that according to preliminary data the observer’s heart stopped.
Unfortunately, the 48-year-old man was not rescued.
