Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko refused to concede defeat on Sunday in a presidential election, saying it was too early to say who won based on exit polls that gave rival Victor Yanukovych victory.
"It is too early to draw conclusions," Tymoshenko told a news conference. Two exit polls gave roughly the same margin of victory to Yanukovich of some 4-5 percent.
