Yanukovych ahead by 3.48% over Tymoshenko with 99.97% of votes counted
Now that 99.97% of the ballots have been processed in Ukraine, Victor Yanukovych has received 48.95% of the votes (12,476,000 voters), Yulia Tymoshenko has received 45.47% of the votes (11,589,000 voters).

Now that 99.97% of the ballots have been processed in Ukraine, Victor Yanukovych has received 48.95% of the votes (12,476,000 voters), Yulia Tymoshenko has received 45.47% of the votes (11,589,000 voters), and 4.36% of the voters (1.12 million people) have voted against both candidates, the Ukrainian Central Elections Commission has reported on its official website.

The gap between the candidates has increased by 0.01% of votes, reaching 3.48%.
